Roles:

• Direct, lead the design and development of our digital commerce platform, and keep enhancmenet of tech stack and frameworks.
• Design, optimize and execute an efficient engineering process (tasks allocation strategies, code review policies, etc.)
• Ensure maintainability, reliability, and extendability of all components across multiple teams (following scrum/agile approach).
• Create strong team collaboration, culture with your leadership and management.
• Report to the CTO or COO.

Requirements:

• Ideally 10 - 15 years in total experience in engineering and solution architecture design for complex platform product, especially master with Ruby on Rails, Postgres, Elasticsearch, K8s, NoSQL…
• Had hands-on experiences being an architect, designing and building ecommerce platforms (B2C or B2B/B2B2C) or similar product.
• Had strong capability of technology and solution evaluation.
• Solid grasp on good software engineering practices such as code reviews, deep focus on quality and documentation.
• Knowledgeable of cyber security and data privacy.
• Great team spirit and solution-oriented attitude.
