RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review and analyze business requirements (BRD/SRS).

Clarify requirements with BA/PO when needed.
-
Create test plan, test cases, and test checklist based on business flow.
-
Perform manual testing: Functional, Regression, Integration.
-
Test from end-user perspective to ensure good user experience.
-
Log and track bugs clearly with detailed description and evidence.
-
Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing.
-
Support UAT when required.
-
Work closely with Developers, BA, and PO in Agile/Scrum process.
-
Suggest improvements to improve product quality.
REQUIREMENTS
-
3+ years of experience in QA Manual.
-
Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
-
Good at analyzing business logic and workflows.
-
Experience in testing complex business flows.
-
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
-
Able to write clear and detailed test cases.
-
Basic SQL knowledge to verify data.
-
Experience in API testing (Postman or similar tools).
-
Good communication skills.
Nice to Have
-
Experience in Fintech / E-commerce / ERP / SaaS projects.
-
Experience supporting UAT with clients.
-
Basic knowledge of Automation Testing.

Able to read system logs.
