We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with proven B2B sales experience and strong communication skills to drive client growth and expand our B2B e-commerce platform globally.

Report to: Head of Business & Partnership

Job Description

  • Proactively approach and consult with corporate clients (online/offline), based on provided data or by identifying potential leads.

  • Convince clients by showcasing the value and capability of Arobid’s platform and services to B2B suppliers, buyers, and agencies, driving conversion and onboarding.

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with onboarded clients, enhancing engagement and customer lifetime value through retention, renewal, and expansion activities.

  • Build a strong client portfolio and strategies to drive client growth on the Arobid platform.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Partnership, Operation, etc.) to ensure a seamless and effective customer journey from acquisition to platform adoption.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of B2B sales experience (online/offline) in E-commerce, Enabler, Finance, Marketing, or Technology companies.

  • Strong skills in research, data analysis, customer profiling, and professional presentation.

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills with the ability to provide tailored solutions for diverse business needs.

  • Good command of English for business communication (experience in international working environments is a plus).

  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools; knowledge or interest in commerce, finance, or marketing is a strong advantage.

  • Fast learner, proactive, positive mindset, and result-oriented.
