We are looking for a creative and strategic Digital Manager to join our team, lead digital marketing strategies, and execute effective campaigns to enhance brand recognition and drive growth for AROBID.
Job Description:
- Digital Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for AROBID, focusing on optimizing digital campaigns to increase brand awareness and create strong connections with target customers. Ensure clear strategic goals are set and progress is tracked effectively.
- Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, etc.), ensuring consistent messaging and brand imagery. Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness based on KPIs, while optimizing strategies to achieve the best results.
- Digital Content & Creative Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and optimize digital marketing content, ensuring it aligns with online platforms and creates an outstanding user experience.
- Digital Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, trends, and competitors within the digital marketing space to propose relevant marketing strategies, enhancing customer reach and engagement.
- Digital Performance Analysis & Optimization: Measure and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using KPIs and data from analytics tools. Propose optimization strategies based on findings to improve campaign effectiveness and achieve set objectives.
- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and develop the digital marketing team, ensuring each team member maximizes their potential. Facilitate strong collaboration with other departments like Sales, Branding, and Product to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor‘s or Master‘s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in B2B solutions and e-commerce services.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with proven success in executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in multi-channel marketing campaigns and optimization.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to optimize campaigns based on real-time data.
- Leadership, communication, and presentation skills at an exceptional level.
