Arobid is a fast-growing B2B e-commerce platform that connects businesses through innovative digital solutions. As a dynamic and rapidly expanding company, we‘re seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, with a particular focus on our B2B website optimization. The ideal candidate will drive growth through various digital channels while maintaining a strong focus on B2B customer acquisition and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Team Collaboration and Leadership

  • Build and manage a high-performing digital marketing team. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Lead cross-departmental projects to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive website traffic.
  • Lead website optimization initiatives and SEO strategy
  • Manage and optimize marketing budget allocation across digital channels
  • Track and analyze ROI for all digital marketing campaigns

Website & SEO Management

  • Oversee the performance of Arobid‘s B2B website, ensuring it serves as an effective core platform. Lead efforts to optimize user experience, performance metrics, and conversion rates based on analytical insights.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings

Digital Channel Management

  • Oversee all digital marketing channels including website, landing pages, and social media
  • Manage B2B-focused paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Youtube Ads)
  • Implement marketing automation tools to streamline lead generation and nurturing processes.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze digital marketing metrics and prepare comprehensive reports
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns
  • Present performance reports to senior management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 6+ years of proven experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in the technical, e-commerce, B2B sector. 
  • Minimum 2 years experience leading high-performing teams with strong strategic vision
  • Track record of successful digital marketing campaigns with measurable results
  • Expertise in website optimization and SEO using CMS platforms and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GWT)
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing tools including automation platforms 
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset with project management skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Proactive, responsible, collaborative, and with a strong startup mentality.
  • Plus: 
    • Advanced proficiency in English
    • Familiarity with AI marketing tools and applications
    • Understanding of B2B customer journey and purchase decisions
