We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented HR Manager to lead human capital initiatives within a fast-scaling tech, digital, and e-commerce business environment. This role is critical in shaping the entire employee journey—from talent acquisition and development to retention—while embedding a strong, innovation-driven organizational culture and delivering modern, impactful HR systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Culture & Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives that foster a strong tech-oriented culture. Measure and enhance employee engagement and partner with leadership to instill shared values across the organization.
- Internal Communications & Employer Branding: Manage internal communications with a digital mindset. Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen the employer brand within the tech and e-commerce landscape.
- Performance Management & Career Development: Lead performance management systems (OKRs, KPIs, competency frameworks) and create transparent career paths tailored for tech talent.
- Learning & Development: Build and scale L&D initiatives that support continuous learning and upskilling, particularly for teams in engineering, product, and digital operations.
- HR Strategy & Systems: Define and implement HR strategies aligned with the growth objectives of a technology and digital-first business. Optimize HR policies, structures, and processes to enable agility and scale.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 8 years of HR experience, including strategic HR leadership in technology, digital, or e-commerce companies.
- Deep understanding of culture building, talent development, and employer branding within software or tech-enabled environments.
- Demonstrated success in designing and executing performance and engagement strategies in fast-paced, scaling businesses.
- Strong analytical and strategic capabilities; experienced in using people‘s insights to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Fluent in English in a professional and multicultural environment.
- Hands-on experience in Learning & Development is a strong advantage.
- Prior exposure to startup or scale-up cultures is highly desirable.
