AROBID is a B2B e-commerce platform in Vietnam that helps manufacturers expand their market reach and connect with global partners. We are looking for a Platform Content Manager to take ownership of content on our B2B Marketplace & Online Exhibition Platforms, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and user engagement across UI, static text, and other platform content. This role is part of the Product Team and collaborates closely with UX/UI and Engineering teams to optimize content for the best user experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Write, proofread, and manage content across AROBID’s B2B e-commerce marketplace and online exhibition platforms.
• Oversee and edit static text, UI content, and other platform-related text, ensuring consistency and user-friendliness.
• Ensure high-quality copywriting for web platforms, software interfaces, and online communities in the commerce & technology sectors.
• Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, and Engineering teams to improve UX writing and platform communication.
• Maintain content standards, guidelines, and best practices for the platform.
• Monitor content performance and user engagement, providing recommendations for improvements.
• Support the development of a strong content ecosystem for AROBID’s business users.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in web, software, and CMS tools.
• Strong expertise in content copywriting for web platforms, software, and industry-specific communities (commerce & technology).
• Experience in writing, editing, and proofreading UI text, static text, and digital content.
• Understanding of UX writing and content strategy for digital platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure content effectiveness and optimize based on data.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in English is a plus, especially for bilingual content management.
