You will play a key engineering leadership role in hiring and developing the team, shaping processes, and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery of our core platforms: B2B e-commerce, digital expo, and digital transformation.
Roles:
- Play a key engineering leadership role in hiring and growing the team, shaping engineering processes, and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery of our core platforms: B2B e-commerce, digital expo, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage and scale Engineering and QA teams of 10+ members, building a high-performing and collaborative team environment.
- Work closely with Product, Business, and Design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Design and continuously optimize engineering workflows, including task allocation, code review practices, and release management.
- Foster professional growth through coaching, mentoring, and regular performance evaluations.
- Build and maintain a strong engineering culture that promotes ownership, learning, and teamwork.
- Track and report team progress and performance to the Engineering Director.
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role overseeing teams of 10+ engineers.
- Experience working with complex platform products (e.g., e-commerce, data analytics, supply chain, martech) is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with the ability to tailor processes to different product development stages.
- Skilled in assessing technical solutions and aligning them with product strategies, even without being hands-on in coding.
- Familiarity with modern technologies (e.g., NodeJS, Postgres, Elasticsearch), with experience in .NET / .NET Core considered a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational mindset and a proven ability to build and scale engineering processes and technical culture.
- Solution-driven leadership style with a high sense of ownership, accountability, and team development commitment.
- Background in advanced/talented/high-quality programs at HUST, HCMUT, VNU, or University of Science (VNUHCM) is a plus.
