Arobid is a Global Digital Trade & Investment Infrastructure connecting buyers, suppliers, manufacturers, service providers, trade organizations, governments, associations, and ecosystem partners through AI-powered B2B commerce, Digital Exhibitions (TradeXpo), Buyer Find & Match, and cross-border trade enablement solutions.
As our Partnership Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding Arobid’s strategic ecosystem across industry associations, chambers of commerce, exhibition organizers, government agencies, enterprise networks, trade promotion organizations, technology partners, logistics providers, financial institutions, and international business communities.
This is not a traditional sales role.
This position requires a strong combination of:

You will help build and scale the partnership network that powers Arobid’s global Digital Trade ecosystem.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Partnership Development Identify, approach, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that support Arobid’s ecosystem growth, Digital Expo expansion, Buyer Find & Match activities, and international trade promotion initiatives. Build long-term relationships with:
- Business Associations
- Chambers of Commerce
- Trade Promotion Organizations
- Government Agencies
- Exhibition Organizers
- Enterprise Networks
- Industry Communities
- Technology Partners
- Logistics & Supply Chain Partners
- Financial & Trade Finance Institutions
- International Business Ecosystems
Digital Expo & TradeXpo Partnership Expansion: Collaborate with partners to co-develop and operate Digital Exhibitions (TradeXpo), industry showcases, trade promotion programs, and cross-border business matching initiatives. Support partners in:
- Onboarding exhibitors,
- Organizing industry-focused expos,
- Activating buyer networks,
- Promoting international participation,
- And creating long-term ecosystem engagement.
Ecosystem Growth & Partner Success: Act as a trusted advisor to ecosystem partners by helping them understand how Arobid’s infrastructure can support:
- Business growth,
- Export promotion,
- Buyer acquisition,
- Digital transformation,
- And global trade connectivity.
Ensure partners receive ongoing operational support, strategic coordination, and clear execution follow-up.
Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with:
- Growth & Marketing,
- Product,
- Operations,
- Buyer Success,
- Supplier Success,
- and Leadership Teams to ensure successful partner onboarding, campaign execution, Digital Expo operations, and ecosystem activation.
Coordinate internal resources to support partner initiatives efficiently and professionally.
Partnership Operations & Execution: Manage the full partnership lifecycle including:
- Partnership outreach,
- Proposal preparation,
- Meeting coordination,
- Negotiation support,
- Onboarding,
- Campaign execution,
- Reporting,
- And long-term relationship management.
Track partnership progress, execution status, business outcomes, and operational follow-up through structured reporting and CRM systems.
International Business Development Support
Support Arobid’s regional and international expansion efforts by helping establish strategic relationships with overseas organizations, trade agencies, international communities, and business ecosystems.
Represent Arobid professionally in meetings, trade programs, Digital Expos, conferences, and ecosystem discussions.
AI-Assisted Business Operations: Use AI-powered tools to support:
- Partnership research,
- Industry analysis,
- Meeting preparation,
- Proposal drafting,
- Ecosystem mapping,
- Communication optimization,
- And operational productivity.
Maintain high-quality, structured, and professional business communication standards.
WHAT YOU‘LL BRING TO THE TEAM
Proven Partnership or Business Development Experience: 3–7 years of experience in:
- Partnership Management,
- Business Development,
- B2B Ecosystem Development,
- International Trade,
- Strategic Alliances,
- Exhibition/Event Partnerships,
- or related fields.
Experience working with business associations, government organizations, B2B platforms, trade ecosystems, or international business communities is highly preferred.
Strong Communication & Relationship Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to build trust with:
- Senior executives,
- Association leaders,
- Government representatives,
- Ecosystem partners,
- And international stakeholders.
Business & Ecosystem Thinking: Strong understanding of:
- B2B business models,
- Digital platforms,

English Communication Capability
Professional working proficiency in English and Vietnamese is strongly preferred.
