Roles:

You will be a key engineering management and leadership role to build, manage and continuously enhance the engineering capability of the company, including: hire and develop people, manage engineering framework, process, tech R&D and selection… in order to deliver high quality and ontime platforms which are the core of our business (B2B ecommerce, digital expo and transformation).

• Build, manage and lead the engineering and quality team
• Design, optimize and execute an efficient engineering process (tasks allocation strategies, code review policies, etc.)
• Lead and manage the R&D of technology to ensure it is up to date, maximize performance and productivity
• Create strong team collaboration, culture with your leadership and management.
• Report to the CTO or COO.

Requirements:

• Ideally 10 - 15 years of experience in engineering, solution design and engineering management … in complex platform products such as: ecommerce, data analytics, SCM, marketing tech…
• Familiar with Scum, agile and other engineering frameworks
• Familiar with high performance technologies such as NodeJS, Ruby on Rails, Postgres, Elasticsearch, K8s,..
• Had strong capability of technology and solution evaluation.
• Solid grasp on good software engineering practices such as code reviews, deep focus on quality and documentation.
• Knowledgeable of cyber security and data privacy.
• Great team spirit and solution-oriented attitude.
