AROBID is a global B2B e-commerce and online trade exhibition ecosystem. We are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer to drive the development of high-performance, user-centric web applications using Next.js and React.js. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and a passion for building scalable, secure, and impactful digital platforms.

• Play a key role in web and mobile development of Arobid - the new leading B2B digital ecosystem of e-commerce, global online expo and conference, data intelligence and CSR for global market.
• Develop platforms which are not only functional, bug-free, but also with high user experience, SEO-optimized, performance and security.
• Ensure the platform capability of maintainability, reliability, and extendability of the deliverables.
• Participating effectively in our Agile/SCRUM process, in software architecture design, deliverable sprints, code reviews and enhancements with the team, etc. as well as proposing new alternatives to existing tech and design solutions.
• Contribute to strong engineering team culture, collaboration and high accountability.

Job description

• Work closely with Product Owner, Designers, and other disciplines to develop Arobid’s products.
• Code optimization to improve scalability, reliability, security and performance of web applications.
• Guide and mentor other developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the team.
• Architect the Next.js 16+ frontend application. You will define patterns for Server Actions, caching strategies, and reusable component composition to ensure high performance (Core Web Vitals).
• You treat AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot) as a force multiplier. You know how to prompt for architectural patterns and rigorously audit the output for security and logic flaws.

Your skills and experience

• Over 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, specializing in high-performance, user-experience-focused web applications using Next.js and React.js. Strong with SEO optimization, UX, Scalability, clean code, security 
• Familiar with tools like Figma, Git,...
• A big plus if experienced with complex web business, 3D or commerce platforms.
• Solid grasp on good software engineering practices such as code reviews, deep focus on quality and documentation.
• Knowledgeable of cyber security and data privacy.
• Experience debugging render cycles, memory leaks, and optimizing bundle sizes.
• Great team spirit and solution-oriented attitude.
• Provide a clean & maintainable code.
